  • Nationwide listing of openings to pre-qualified candidates.
    ExecuNet offers a range of membership options for recruiters that allow you to access pre-qualified applicants from the perspective of compensation levels. Members of ExecuNet earn a minimum of $100K in compensation and pay for membership to ExecuNet, so you already have 2 layers of screening before they respond to you...neither level of which is available on your typical job board. Over 60% of the members are currently employed, many of whom would not surface in the more traditional forms of recruiting.

  • Monthly ExecuNet meetings
    Make a reservation with Lassiter Consulting to be one of the 3-4 companies that are invited to the monthly ExecuNet meetings in the Boston area to recruit. (There are meetings across the country that ExecuNet sponsors.) You can meet first-hand with approximately 80 executives in transition. By participating in the structured networking sessions, you can ask the question, "Where is the best place to source candidates for XYZ types of jobs?" Hires have been made within 72 hours of a meeting.

  • Resume Book of currently available executives
    During these meetings, executives leave their resumes in a book, which you can check out for two days for free. Call Lassiter Consulting to reserve it. You may contact any professional in the book directly, and just reference the ExecuNet Resume Book as your referral source. Leave your e-mail address when you leave a reservation request, and we will send you directions with your confirmation.

  • Over $200K resources
    Lassiter Consulting also has a resume book of its Senior Executive Roundtable, i.e. those senior executives with compensation levels over $200,000 who are in transition. Since the candidates frequently have confidential campaigns, you can e-mail general job specifications to Lassiter Consulting, and candidates can contact you directly using Lassiter Consulting as the referral source.
